Anchored Executive Search was founded by Tyler Karp to help healthcare companies meet the demand for hiring permanent talent nationwide. With a strong background in healthcare recruiting, we have industry-specific knowledge which allows us to recognize and evaluate top talent for our clients.

Tyler manages and is responsible for all business development/partnering and recruiting activities. He started his career in healthcare recruiting in 2016 where he partnered with companies like Haven Health, Cascadia Healthcare, Avalon Healthcare, Benedictine Health System, Complete Care, Elderwood, Fields Senior Living, Volunteers of America, and The Pavilion Group . In 2017, Tyler became a Partner and leading Executive Recruiter at his previous firm. In 2022, Tyler placed $1 Million worth of executive roles making him part of the top 1% of executive recruiters nationwide. His drive for recruiting the best talent and his passion for long lasting partnerships led him to start Anchored Executive Search.
Tyler’s goal is to provide “best of class” service to Anchored Executive Search clients and candidates helping them achieve their staffing and professional goals respectively. He values integrity and works to form win-win partnerships.
Tyler was born in Orange County, CA. He currently resides in Queen Creek, AZ with his wife and two little ones. When Tyler is not working hard on placements, he enjoys grilling for his family, playing sports with his children, and serving at his local church.
